    Seriously, this is like the third or fourth time in a MONTH my Internet has been down. And now it’s some “routine maintenance” bullshit (which NEVER HAPPENS BTW). And I’ve still gotten WAY less than a gigabit of speed for nearly a YEAR now. WTF @comcast @comcastcares?

    Comcast blocked my Newsmax channel saying Newsmax is considered a streaming channel. So i will have 2 order WI-FI in order 2 view Newsmax Channel Anyone else having this problem. They just blocked it this week after 6 months without having a problem??????

    @Xfinity I am an Xfinity customer. I am new to the tv system. NBC aired the first episode of This Is Us this week. I tried to go watch it and I have to pay per episode to watch it?!?! What am I paying for cable tv for? I can only watch it the night it airs?

    How does one get @Xfinity service to their town? @GetSpectrum has been a severe disappointment during and after this storm. Almost 30 years in Middlebury, CT and very little disruption even w/tornados. Southbury, CT deserves better service.

    @ananavarro @comcast Yes, @tmobile is at the top of the worst list. Called them two months before a set cancelation date to cancel a line, they assured me it would be processed but I was billed for another month after my cancelation date! I don't owe them for the month so I ain't paying!
